IMG_5074Abby Papendieck is originally from the Chicago area and her passion for culture took her to New Orleans where she studied massage therapy. Abby has a deep understanding of the effects that everyday stressors have on our bodies. Abby specializes in restorative massage incorporating many modalities including deep tissue therapy, Neuromuscular therapy, stress relief, multi-pressure muscle work, and relaxation techniques. Abby’s passions include meditation, family and friends, traveling and exploring, and kombucha!

FullSizeRenderSheila Delhagen graduated from The Healing Arts Massage School in Raleigh.  Her Journey in the healing arts field began with the development of a daily yoga practice, this being a modality and catalyst for her own healing.  She is moved by the therapeutic effects massage has on the physical and emotional level, honoring the connection they have with one another. She blends soothing lymphatic massage with energy healing.

Kim Calandra started practicing acupuncture in 2004. With much passion and vigor, Kim established Carrboro Community Acupuncture in 2013. Quality healthcare must be accessible to the public.
